Synopsis:
On Tuesday May 28, 2024 around 8:02 PM, the suspect and passenger occupant of a gray Honda sedan pointed and shot a firearm toward the victim in the KFC restaurant parking lot located at 8720 Marbach Rd. The victim was in his vehicle when the shooting occurred. The suspect fled in the gray sedan driven by an unknown driver.
