Synopsis:
On Sunday, August 4, 2024, at approximately 12:51 a.m., the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office received multiple 911 calls for reports of a disturbance involving gunfire at 3903 Rock Mill Dam. Initial calls indicated over 20 shots were fired, resulting in a male victim who sustained a gunshot wound to the back. Sheriff’s Deputies and First responders arrived shortly after and found the victim, 17-year-old Landyn Reyes, in the backyard of the residence deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.On August 4, 2024, at approximately 12:51 a.m., the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office received multiple 911 calls for reports of a disturbance involving gunfire at 3903 Rock Mill Dam. Initial calls indicated over 20 shots were fired, resulting in a male victim who sustained a gunshot wound to the back. Sheriff’s Deputies and First responders arrived shortly after and found the victim, 17-year-old Landyn Reyes, in the backyard of the residence deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.Preliminary investigations revealed that a party attended by over 100 partygoers was taking place at the vacant house, which was a continuation of a previous gathering. Witnesses reported seeing multiple individuals with firearms during the party, but couldn’t identify the shooters. Immediately following the shooting multiple people fled from the scene including the suspects.Bexar County Sheriff’s Homicide Investigators need the community’s help with identifying the suspects responsible for this senseless shooting.
