Synopsis:
On Saturday June 27, 2020 around 8:00 AM, police were dispatched to the intersection of Cacias Rd. / Hildebrandt Rd. for a body found on the side of the road. The victim was identified as Shawn Michael Gaitan and it is believed the victim was murdered at another location. Police believe the victim had previously drove to the 5100 blk. of Sierra St. located on the southside of San Antonio and met up with three individuals at this residence. Investigators believe the victim was murdered at this location prior to being found the following morning. Investigators also learned the victim's vehicle, 2008 Black Dodge Ram 1500, was missing and later recovered on July 15, 2020 in Austin, TX.
