Synopsis:
On Thursday July 11, 2024 at 2:45 PM, the suspect approached the victim at 109 N. San Saba while she was walking to her vehicle. The suspect demanded the victim's keys and told her he was taking her vehicle. The victim refused and the suspect pulled out a knife and threatened the victim. Bystanders heard the victim asking for help and the suspect fled the location prior to security guards arriving.
