On Thursday April 18, 2024, around 12:56 AM, Angel (Angelina Marie) Hernandez was found shot in the courtyard near the pool of her apartment complex and succumbed to her injuries.  The victim was at a friend's apartment when she left to meet an unknown person near the courtyard after receiving a message.  Investigators obtained video from the apartment complex and business complex next door.  Prior to the shooting a blue Dodge Charger is seen driving through the business complex next door and stops at the rear apartment gate.  A male passenger, who is wearing a red hoodie is seen exiting the vehicle and jumping over the gate entering the complex.  The male in the red hoodie is later seen running away from the apartment complex into the business complex after the victim was shot.
