Synopsis:
On Saturday August 24, 2024 around 11:07 PM, the suspect was working security at the Vallarta Grill and Bar restaurant located on 6810 NW Loop 410. The suspect escorted a customer out of the location due to a disturbance. The suspect then contacted the victim and told him he also needed to leave. When the victim asked the suspect why, the suspect assaulted the victim causing the victim serious injuries to the face and neck.
