Synopsis:
On Monday, 2/9/2025, at 2:33 PM, the Victim was traveling east on the 200 block of East Houston St. The Victim was traveling on his bicycle, east on Houston St. approaching Navarro St. The Suspects vehicle that was traveling west turned in front of the Victim. The Suspect vehicle crashed into the Victim and then left the location without providing any necessary information to the Victim. The Victim suffered some bodily injury. (Suspect Vehicle in picture)
