On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 7:30 PM, Messiah Martinez was a passenger in a vehicle and was struck by gunshots while traveling northbound on S. Frio Street from IH 10. The suspect vehicle is a light in color SUV and was seen traveling northbound on S. Frio Street during the incident.
