Synopsis:
On Thursday March 13, 2025 around 12:30 PM, the victim was parked on the 6200 blk. of IH-10 W providing traffic control for construction in his vehicle with emergency lights activated. A black 2011 Dodge Challenger crashed into the rear of the victim's vehicle and hit a barrier truck. The suspect driver and passenger of the Dodge failed to stop and render aid to the victim.
