Synopsis:
On Saturday March 8th, 2025, at 8:30 AM, the victim was traveling on the 2100 block of West Avenue and came to a stop at a red light. Next to him was another vehicle that was in front of him. The driver of the suspect vehicle fired two rounds at the victim because the victim was driving too close to him while on West Avenue. Identity of the suspect in this photo is needed.
