Synopsis:
On Friday August 1, 2025 around 10:17 PM at the intersection of Watkins Ln. / Culebra Rd. the suspect entered the victim's vehicle's back seat and demanded a ride. When the victim declined, the suspect stole a bag and reached for a weapon in his waistband fleeing the location with the victim's property.
