Synopsis:
On Thursday, August 28, 2025, the suspect entered the Exxon located at Eisenhower and IH 35. The suspect walked throughout the store selecting items and concealing them in his pockets. The suspect was confronted by the Victim and asked for the property back. The suspect refused to return the items and lifted his shirt. The suspect had a knife in his waistband as he told the Victim, “Don’t do this.” The Victim stepped away from the suspect as the suspect fled the location on foot towards the IH 35 underpass.
