Synopsis:
On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, the suspect entered the Smoke Needs & Vape store located at 8117 Culebra Rd. posing as a customer. The suspect attempted to purchase several items, but the transaction was declined. The suspect then sprayed the store clerk with pepper spray and stole additional merchandise and money before fleeing the location on foot.
