Synopsis:
On March 21, 2026, at approximately 8:15 PM, the victim, Elijah Bernal, was shot multiple times at 3935 Thousand Oaks Drive (Avistar at the Oaks). The victim ran a short distance before being pursued and shot in the parking lot. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene, and a black vehicle was observed fleeing the complex after the shooting. I am requesting the public's help in identifying a suspect in this case.
