Synopsis:
On February 29, 2024 at approximately 4:33 hrs., SAPD officers were dispatched to 6903 NE Loop 410 San Antonio, TX 78209 for a shooting in progress. Upon arrival, Cesar Estevan Garcia was found deceased with multiple gunshot wounds. Surveillance video showed the victim meeting up with two suspects. The two suspects attempted to rob the victim and, in the process, shot and killed the victim. Ju Von William Phillips (pictured) is wanted for the Capital Murder of Cesar Estevan Garcia under Bexar County warrant #1863420.
