Synopsis:
On March 31, 2022, the Victim was at the apartment complex with his girlfriend, the suspect, and the suspect’s family. There was an argument between the Victim’s girlfriend and two of the suspect’s daughters. The argument led to the two suspect’s daughters assaulting the Victim’s girlfriend. The Victim and the Suspect intervened to separated the parties.
The Suspect was going to give the Victim and his girlfriend a ride home, when the suspect shot the Victim. The Suspect fled the location with a family member.
The Victim ran after being shot and collapsed nearby. The Victim was transported to a local hospital, where he later passed away.
